These revolutionary X-Socks Running Socks employ a newly developed yarn: XITANIT™. XITANIT's ability to reflect off external heat make the Running Socks feel tangibly cooler to the skin. The result is perceptible, and anyone can at once feel the cooling effect. When exposed to the sun's rays, the sock is cold outside, warm insdide. Furthermore, XITANIT's high conductibility means that warmth generated by the feet is led away from them. Another decisive factor is that XITANIT quickly and lastingly draws moisture away from the foot. This effect is supported by the AirCOOLStripes™, the AirFlow™ AnklePads and the AirConditioning Channels™, which ventilate the feet. The result is dry and pleasantly cool feet, even on hot summer days.

The anatomically-shaped footbed for the right and left foot with integrated AirConditioning Channel support and protect the foot even during long periods of activity. Those areas of the feet that are particularly vulnerable, for example the contact zone, are cushioned and protected according to their anatomical needs. The feet benefit from the increased grip and stability - there is no excessive cushioning or tight padding that might interfere with proper foot-to-shoe contact.
