  2. What delivery methods are available for my order?
    Active Stride uses Australia Post for shipping. All parcels (both Express and Regular) for destinations within Australlia require a signature at delivery. You can track the progress of your package at www.ausposttracking.com.au. Parcels for international destinations are sent using Air Mail.
  3. Prices are shown with "inc GST". What is this?
    Australia's Goods and Services tax of 10%. If you're browsing anonymously, or are located in Australia, the prices shown include this tax. If you have specified in your account a country other than Australia, prices shown do not include this tax, and it is not charged to you. Active Stride must ship the goods to an address outside of Australia to be GST free.
  4. What sizing regime is used for shoe sizes?
    All shoe sizes on this site are stated in US Size.
  5. I don't see the particular size or style of product I'm interested in. Can you get it for me?
    Often we can. Just send us an email to shop@activestride.com.au and ask. We'll let you know if we can get it, and the expected delivery time.
  6. Is every shoe that's available online available in the store?
    Some supersceded shoes may be stored offsite. To ensure the model you're interested in trying on is in store, let us know beforehand and we'll arrange for it to be in store for you to try.
