Please choose carefully. Active Stride does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Returns may be delivered in person to the Active Stride store or shipped to us. See the Contact Us page for address and contact details.
Refunds are processed via the same method payment was received. Only the price of the goods returned and accepted (less any shipping) is refunded.
