Please choose carefully. Active Stride does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

You may also exchange items if the size is not quite right. However, the items must be in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Items not in this state are considered to be second hand and won't be accepted.

Returns may be delivered in person to the Active Stride store or shipped to us. See the Contact Us page for address and contact details. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed via the same method payment was received. Only the price of the goods returned and accepted (less any shipping) is refunded.
