Copies of receipts must be included with the returned items, and items must have been purchased from Active Stride.
Warranty Returns & Exchanges
Items being returned under warranty need to be returned within the manufacturers warranty period with the following form completed:
Non-Warranty Returns & Exchanges
Items being returned for reasons other than warranty need to be returned within 30 days, in original condition with all tags and packaging, in sellable condition, with the shipping costs borne by the customer. Sealed items must be unopened. Items can also be returned to our stores. The following form needs to accompany the item being returned:
