Orders are shipped once full payment has been received. For Paypal orders, this is the same day. For Direct Deposit orders, it's the next business day (if the deposit is made before 4pm Sydney time, the next business day after that if after 4pm). Deliveries to Australian addresses

  • Orders are shipped using Australia Post Services - Express Post, Registered Post and Regular Post.
  • Delivery times are generally Australia Post's delivery time plus 1 day. (Orders are sent from Brisbane). We will contact you regarding your order if we cannot send it by the next business day of your order being placed.
  • Regular Post shipping to Australian postcodes is free. Registered Post is a flat $2.70, and Express Post shipping is a flat $10 to Australian postcodes.
  • Registered Post is recommended as:
    • a unique ID is assigned to the package, and
    • a signature is required on delivery
    • track your article at ausposttracking.com.au
  • Australia Post have a package weight limit of 20kg. We will contact you if your order exceeds this to arrange a delivery method. 

    Deliveries to addresses outside Australia

    • Active Stride ships to the following countries:
      • New Zealand - Air Mail - flat AUD 15.00
    • Other countries , please Contact Us for a quote. If you order and pay and we're unable to contact you we'll refund your payment
