Orders are shipped once full payment has been received, except for products where the "Dispatches in 3-4 days" applies to a product (see below for conditions for these orders). For Paypal and Credit Card orders, payment is received the same day. For Direct Deposit orders, payment can take 1-2 business business days. Generally, if the deposit is made before 4pm Brisbane time, it's the next business day. Direct Deposit details can be found here in our FAQ.
Deliveries to Australian addresses
Orders are shipped using Australia Post services - Express Post and Regular Post.
Express post - Next business day (if inside Australia Post guaranteed delivery zone)
Regular Post - 3-5 Business days (please allow extra time during busy periods)
Generally all orders processed before 12pm (Brisbane Time) will be shipped the same day*
Delivery times are generally Australia Post's delivery time plus any payment delays. (Orders are sent from Brisbane). We will contact you regarding your order if we cannot send it by the next business day of your payment being received.
Regular Post shipping to Australian postcodes is free on all orders $40 and over (only $7.50 for orders less than $40) and Express Post shipping is a flat $10 to Australian postcodes.
All orders have a unique ID is assigned to the package which can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au, and a signature is required on delivery
Hint: consider a delivery to your workplace if no-one is usually home to accept the delivery. It may save you a trip to the post office.

Deliveries to addresses outside Australia
Orders are shipped using the Australia Post service as follows:
Registered Post International (packages under 2kg)
Express Post International (packages 2kg and over), or
Express Courier International
Signature is required on delivery for all services.
Tracking is available for Express Courier International at www.auspost.com.au.
Delivery times quoted below are generally Australia Post's delivery time plus any payment delays and customs delays. Note:Active Stride is unaware of your local customs procedures and duties. Depending on you country's customs regulations, your delivery may be delayed and local duties may be payable by you to receive it. Active Stride is not responsible for delays or extra charges imposed by border agents in the receiving country.
Express Courier International - Australia Post quote 2-4 working days (to metropolitan cities), plus any customs delays.
Registered Post International and Express Post International - Australia Post quote 3-10 working days plus any customs delays.
We will contact you regarding your order if we cannot send it by the next business day of your payment being received.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and the region of the world the package is being shipped to. Charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Australia Post have a package weight limit of 20kg. We will contact you if your order exceeds this to arrange a delivery method.
If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote, and update our website to automatically calculate shipping to your area.
Returned Parcels and Incorrectly Addressed Parcels
Make sure your delivery address is a valid address for delivery. If your parcel is returned to us:
If it's our error, we'll resend the parcel at our cost.
If it's your error, shipping will be charged to you before the item is resent.
When Item has "Dispatches in 3-4 days"
By default, all orders are fulfilled from stock Active Stride holds. Some products may have an option where you can elect to have your order fulfilled from the next delivery from our supplier. The following conditions apply to orders where this option is selected:
There will be a delay in the dispatching of your order normally in 3-4 days but up to 6 working days (Best case orders are shiped in 1-2 days)
All items on the order will be shipped together, regardless of how they are fulfilled.
There is a chance that the supplier is currently out of stock, further delaying your order.
There is a chance that the item has been discontinued, and is no longer available from the supplier.
Active Stride will contact you if our supplier unable to supply the product, or it will be delayed beyond initial estimates.
Why does Active Stride provide this option?
Active Stride is a real store days a week and carries stock that you can touch and feel before purchasing. Many online only merchants don't carry stock, don't have a retail location open at convenient times, and order it from their suppliers after you've paid them. Active Stride wants to be able to provide access to savings for customers who don't require the full service of a store. Full warranty and exchange services are still available in store for items purchased online, with or without this option selected.
