Returns Policy

Active Stride likes our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you wish to return a product that you have purchased, please select from the forms below, complete and include with the product you are returning.

A full refund for your purchase including shipping will be available in the instance of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law. 

Copies of receipts must be included with the returned items, and items must have been purchased from Active Stride.

Items being returned need to be returned within 30 days, in original condition with all tags and packaging, in sellable condition, with the shipping costs paid by the customer. These items can be exchanged for other items or gift vouchers. Sealed items must be unopened. The following returns and exchanges form needs to accompany the item being returned.

Please note all items returned are subject to the condition of the item. Active Stride will accept an exchange item for equal value or a store credit.
